These notes ©2017, Andrew Carnie.  This is the version of the dance choreographed by Moshe Eskayo. There is a different (more common) version of this dance that was choreographed by Benzi Tiram. Notes for the Tiram version are found here:

Meter: 4/4
Formation: Open circle in shoulder hold
Introduction: Start with flute (4 beats after the main melody starts)

Part 1: Chorus Step

Bar 1: Step R (1), L (2) in LOD. Jump on both feet at shoulder width with weight mainly on the R (3), Bounce again on both feet, this time with weight mainly on the L (4), Bounce on L again, lifting R up slightly (&)
Bar 2: repeat bar 1, except on the last & count, leap on R to R and stamp L
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2 with opposite footwork, except moving into the center
Bar 5: Backing out of the center step R (1), L (2), Jump on both feet with R foot slightly back (3), Bounce twice on both feet
Bar 6: Step back out of the center on R (1), step back on L, lifting R in front (2), Leap back on R, Lifting L (3), Leap back on L (4), stamp R (&)
Bar 7: repeat bar 1
Bar 8: In LOD step R (1), L (2), Jump on both feet at shoulder width (3), Jump on both feet together (4), bounce on both feet together (&)

Part 2

Bar 1: Jump on both feet at shoulder width (1), Jump on both feet together (2), bounce on both feet together (&), jump on both feet at shoulder width (3), Jump on both feet together (4), bounce on both feet together (&)
Bar 2: Step R (1), L (2) in LOD. Facing center cross R over L (3), Step backwards out of center on the L (4), stamp R next to L (&)
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2 of part 2

Part 3

Bar 1; Facing center, stomp on R to R (1), Tap L toe behind R (2), Step on L behind R (&), Stomp on R to R (3), Tap L toe behind R (4), step on L behind R (&)
Bar 2: In LOD step R (1), L (2), Jump on both feet at shoulder width (3), Jump on both feet together (4), bounce on both feet together (&)
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2

Part 4

Drop hands, and put R fist forward.
Bar 1: repeat the footwork of Part 2, bar 1. R arm crosses in front of R face as is brushing a wall in front of you.
Bar 2:  Holding R fist high and shaking it, Step  R (1) , L (2) in LOD. Making a complete CW turn in place step R (3), L (4). This turn is done in place, it doesn't progress to the R, the first does a CW circle in the air while turning. 
Bar 3: repeat bar 1 of part 4. 
Bar 4: Holding R fist high and shaking it, Step  R (1) , L (2) in LOD. Jump on both feet turning slightly to the L (3), spinning around quickly do a CCW (note not CW!!) turn to face center.  R arm swoops down and up during this turn.
