Formation: Short lines in Shoulder hold
Introduction: 12 bars, no action. start when chorus comes in on the singing

Part 1

I've notated this step the way Karen Faust does it in the video below. This appears to be quite a bit different than the way Tom Bozigian notated, see his original notes linked below for the difference
Bar 1: Facing center but moving in LOD. Leap on L, crossing over R (1), Touch R heel in LOD (&) Step on R to R with bent knees, both feet are on the ground (2)
Bar 2: Step on L behind R (1) Touch R heel in LOD (&) Step on R to R with bent knees, both feet are on the ground (2)
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2
Bars 5-6: repeat bars 1-2
Bars 7-12: repeat bars 1-6. (do the step a total of 6 times)

Part 2

Bars 1-2: repeat bars 1-2 of part 1
Bar 3: Cross L over R (1), jump on both feet in LOD with a stomp (2)
Bars 4-6: repeat bars 1-3
Bars 6-12: repeat bars 1-6

Part 3:

Repeat part 1

Part 4

Bar 1: Facing center, Leap onto L, touching R toe down next to it (1). Hop on L and touch R heel in the same place (2), step on R next to L (&)
Bar 2: Step on L in place (1), Hop on L, lifting R knee up (2), Stomp R foot in front of L,with weight (&)
Bar 3:  Step on L slightly forward and to the L (1) Stomp on R foot in front of L (&), Step on L slightly forward and to the L (2). Stomp on R foot in front of L (&)
Bar 4: Step on L behind R (1), Step on R backwards, while kicking L forwards (2)
Bar 5: Step on L next to R (1), Cross R toe over L, with weight (&), step on L in place (2) (pas-de-basque)
Bar 6: Leap on R to R (1), stamp L next to R (2)
Bars 7-12: repeat bars 1-6

Part 5

Repeat part 1

Part 6

Bar 1: Rock forward on L foot into the center, pushing L hip in (1), Step back on R in place (2)
Bar 2: Jump on both feet forward (1) Touch L toe forward in front of R (2)
Bar 3: Touch L toe to diagonal R (1), pause (2)
Bar 4: Lift L foot in front of R (1), pause (2)
Bar 5: Step back and to the L on L, R foot twizzles slightly in place (1), Step back and to the R on the R, L foot twizzles slightly (2)
Bar 6: Hop on R in place (1), Stamp L next to R, no weight (2)
Bars 7-12: repeat bars 1-6
Bars 13-24: repeat bars 1-12 (this is done with the singing)

Part 7

Repeat part 1

Part 8

Repeat part 4 twice (4 times through the step)

Part 9

Repeat part 1 twice (do 12 basic steps instead of 6)

Part 10: Ending

Bar 1, facing and moving in LOD, Leap onto L (1), Stamp R next to L (2), Step on R slightly forward (&)
Bars 2-11: Repeat Bar 1 ten more times (11 in total)
Bar 12: Leap on L forward (1), bend down on R knee (2)
