These notes ©2016, Andrew Carnie. Originally taught in the US by František Bonuš. The song translates as "oh my heart".

Meter: 2/4
Formation: Closed circle of couples. M on the L, all facing center. Hands down in V position.
Introduction: Start with singing.

Part 1 (Singing):

Bar 1: Step on L to L (1), Close R next to L with weight (2)
Bar 2: Step on L to L (1), Close R next to L with no weight (2)
Bar 3: Step on R to R (1) Close L next to R, no weight (2)
Bars 4-6: repeat bars 1-3, except take weight on L on count (2) of bar 6
Bar 7: Stomp R (1), L (&), R (2) in place
Bar 8: Stomp L in place (1,2)
Bar 9: Rida Step: Cross R over L (1), step L to L (2)
Bars 10-12: repeat bar 9, three more times
Bar 13: Cross R over L (1), hop on R and click  heels together  in the air (2)
Bar 14: Cross L over R (1) hop on L and click heels together in the air (2)
Bar 15: Step on R forward into the center, step on L back (Bonuš had both these steps traveling forward in LOD)
Bar 16: Close R next to L without weight (1), pause (2)
Bars 17-24: repeat bars 9-16, except take weight on last close in bar 24.
Bars 25-48: repeat bars 1-24

Part 2 (instrumental):

Bars 1-10: repeat bars 1-10 of part 1
Bar 11: Cross R over L (1), step L to L (2)
Bar 12: Step on R behind L (1), step on L to L (2)
Bars 13-16: repeat bars 13-16 of part 1
Bars 17-24: repeat bars 9-16 of part 2

Part 3: (Short singing & Instrumental)

Bars 1-10: repeat bars 1-10 of part 1
Bar 11-12: using the footwork of bars 9-10 of part 1 (two rida steps), drop hands and M, rolls across W, while W continues to Rida CW, M rejoins the circle, now to the R of the W. 
Bars 13-14: using 2 more Rida steps, continue to circle CW
Bars 15-16: repeat bars 15-16 of part 1
Bars 17-24: repeat bars 9-16 of part 3
Bars 25-48: repeat bars 1-24 of part 3

Note that according to Bonuš's notes M is the only one who rolls across .
