Meter: 7/16 counted as SQQ
Formation: Open circle, hands down in V position. Leads to the right.
Introduction: Depends upon the recording, start at the beginning of any musical phrase

Part 1: Basic Step:

Bar 1: Facing and traveling in LOD, hop on L (S), Step R (Q), Step L (Q)
Bar 2: Repeat bar 1
Bar 3: Run R (S), L (Q), R (Q) in LOD
Bar 4: Run L (S), R (Q), L (Q) in LOD
Bar 5: Turn to face center and step on R to R (S), hop on R, lifting L knee (QQ)
Bar 6: Traveling in RLOD, facing slightly L, hop on R again (S), step L to L (Q), cross R in front (Q)
Bar 7: Still traveling in RLOD but facing slightly R, hop on R (S), step on L to L (Q), cross R behind (Q)
Bar 8: Facing center, step on L to L (S), Čukče on L, lifting R knee up (QQ)
Bar 9: repeat bar 8 with opposite footwork
Bar 10: repeat bar 8

repeat this sequence until the leader calls a change

Part 2: Leaps

Bars 1-7: repeat bars 1-7 of part 1
Bar 8: Leap on to L (ah), Leap on R (S), Leap on L in place (QQ) (technically the last Q here is the "ah" count for the next bar)
Bar 9: repeat bar 8 with opposite footwork
Bar 10: repeat bar 8

repeat this sequence until the leader calls a change

Part 3: Squats 

Traditionally this is only done by men, but this has changed in recent years. 
Bars 1-4: repeat bars 1-4 of part 1
Bar 5: facing center squat down with both knees bent (S), jump up with straight knees, weight on R foot, kicking L forward low (QQ)
Bars 6-7: repeat bars 6-7 of part 1
Bar 8: Repeat bar 5, but with opposite footwork
Bar 9: Repeat bar 5
Bar 10: Repeat bar 5, with with opposite footwork



repeat this sequence until the leader calls a change

Part 4: Turns

Bars 1-5: repeat bars 1-5 of part 1
Bars 6-7, using the footwork of bars 6-7 of part 1, but dropping hands, and turning CCW twice (once per bar)
Bars 8-10: repeat bars 8-10 of part 1.

(This is not in Boxell's instructions, but you can also substitute in bars 8-10 of parts 2 or 3 as well)
