Formation: Open circle, hands down in V position, leads R
Introduction: Start with singing.

Part 1: Basic (singing)

Bar 1: Facing and traveling in LOD, leap on R (Q), Step L (Q), R (Q), L (S)
Bar 2: Repeat bar 1
Bar 3: Leap on R (Q), L (Q) in LOD, turn to face center and step R to R (Q), Close L next to R, no weight (S)
Bar 4: Facing center, step on L to L (Q), close R next to L with weight (Q), Step on L to L (Q), close R next to L, no weight (S)
Bars 5-8: repeat bars 1-4

Part 2: In and Out (Synthesizer)

Bar 1: Facing center, step R (Q), L (Q), R (Q), L (S) into the center.  Start bringing arms forward and up
Bar 2: Still moving into the center, Step R (Q), L (Q), R (Q), touch L next to R. Arms continue up and end in W position
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2, except with opposite footwork and backing up. Arms swing back down to V position
Bars 5-8: repeat bars 1-4

Part 3: In place (Gajda)

Bar 1: Facing center, leap on R to R (Q), Cross L over R (Q), Step on R to R (Q), close L next to R (S)
Bar 2: Repeat bar 1 with opposite footwork and direction.
Bars 3-4: repeat bars 1-2
Bar 5: (SSSQS): Leap on R to R (1,2), Hop on R, swinging L around to front (3,4), Cross L over R (5,6), Hop on L swinging R forward (7), Step on R forward to diagonal R (8,9)
Bar 6: (SSSQS): backing out to diagonal, Step L (1,2), R (3,4), Step on L to L (5,6), Cross R over L (7), Step back in place on L (8,9)
Bars 7-8: repeat bars 5-6
Bars 9-16 repeat bars 1-8
