Bar 3: Moving in LOD, run R (Q), L (Q), R (Q), L (Q), turn to face center and step on R to R (S) hop on R (Q), Step on L behind R (Q)
Bar 4: Step on R to R (Q), Step on L behind R (Q), Step on R to R (Q), Step on L behind R (Q), Step on R to R, while Lifting L knee up in front (S), Turning to face LOD, hop on R (Q), Step on L in LOD (Q)
